Open Google Chrome

DrFrostSync only works in Chrome — not Safari, Firefox, or Edge.

Install the extension

Go to the Chrome Web Store, click "Add to Chrome", then "Add extension". The DF icon will appear in your toolbar.

💡 Can't see the icon? Click 🧩 in the toolbar → find DrFrostSync → click the pin.

Create your free account

Click the DF icon → "Sign up — it's free". Enter your email and a password. No payment needed.

Log into DrFrost

Go to drfrost.org and sign in as normal — school, Google, or email. DrFrostSync reads your session automatically.

💡 We never see your DrFrost password.

Hit Sync

Click the DF icon → "Sync to Dashboard". Wait 2–4 minutes. You'll see how many skills were found, then click "View skills to improve →".
